Spacious rooms with great views and a convenient shuttle bus service from the airport. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a clean and stylish ambiance.
The bedding was disappointing, not very comfortable for light sleepers. The quality of the fabric was stiff and noisy.

We loved the size of the room and the convenient location. Close to the airport, it was easy to return our hire car and catch a free airport shuttle. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy lounge area in front of the fire. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a lovely start to the day.

During my recent stay at Hyatt Place, I was impressed by the comfortable and modern rooms. The beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep. the on-site restaurant, Mr McCracken, offered an excellent variety of food options that satisfied my taste buds. The hotel also provided ample parking space, convenient with their own cars. The free shuttle service to the airport was a great perk, and the hot breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel's competitive price, along with its cleanliness and accommodating amenities, made it a wonderful choice for my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality and value.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's very close to the airport, so it was easy to get here. The shuttle service was free and took me straight to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed like air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The restaurant had a good selection of food and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice hotel near the airport.
This hotel was a great place to stay. The only issue I had was with the staff, who seemed a bit inexperienced and weren't very helpful with my simple request.

The hotel is conveniently located right next door to the train station, making it easy to access transportation. it is close to the airport, which is convenient for returning a hire car. The hotel is also close to a tram stop, providing easy access to the CBD. Guests have praised the food in the cafe near reception, describing it as wonderful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with two queen size beds. The secure onsite parking is convenient and free. The complimentary breakfast buffet is also a plus.
Some guests have mentioned that the bathroom sensor didn't operate correctly, causing light to filter into the room at night.
